National Museum of Denmark

National Museum (Nationalmuseet) in Copenhagen, Denmark, houses 14,000 years of Danish prehistory, with objects dating from the Upper Paleolithic through to the Iron Age, which was one of John Evans's interests. Coincidentally, the prehistory department of the museum has been refurbished and re-opened in May 2008, the centenary of Evans's death.
