Description: Bronze Age 'hoard' including axes, a dagger, knife, hammer, two anvils, a ferrule for a scabbard, a fragment of a bronze bracelet and a whetstone.

Aquisition History: Purchased at auction by Sir John Evans. Presented to the Ashmolean Museum by Sir Arthur Evans in 1927.

Other Information: This hoard contains the stock in trade of a bronze founder.
